In this role, you will engage in full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of business and technology positions, spanning from interns to C-suite executives. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing innovative recruiting strategies tailored to both new and existing markets. You will be expected to create a high-quality experience for all stakeholders involved, including candidates and hiring managers, as well as within the talent acquisition team itself.
A key focus of this position is on building diverse candidate pools. You will proactively leverage various talent channels to ensure a rich and varied selection of applicants. Additionally, you will draw on your knowledge and experience within the Web3 ecosystem to effectively identify and engage potential candidates, understanding the nuances of this rapidly evolving industry.

Collaboration is essential in this role. You will participate in cross-functional projects designed to enhance the talent acquisition process across the business. By working closely with different teams, you will contribute to a more cohesive and efficient hiring strategy, ensuring that Polygon Labs attracts the best talent available.
To be successful in this role, we prefer candidates with a minimum of three years of recruitment experience in an in-house environment, particularly with a focus on technical and non-technical Web3-related positions. A deep understanding of the Web3 industry is crucial, as is the ability to source, screen, and successfully close candidates while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
Experience with internal tools and applicant tracking systems, such as Lever and Notion, is also highly valued. Your ability to partner with internal stakeholders will enable you to provide data-driven insights and updates, helping to refine our hiring processes and ultimately contribute to the success of Polygon Labs.
