As a Business Development Manager at Innovatrics, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through the creation of new business partnerships and the expansion of existing strategic accounts across Europe, with an eye on the broader EMEA region. This senior position offers you the opportunity to influence the company’s market strategy and contribute significantly to our long-term objectives. You will lead initiatives in B2B and B2G sales, fostering critical partnerships that will enhance our market presence and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
You will develop and implement strategic plans aimed at boosting B2B and B2G sales across the EMEA region, directly impacting Innovatrics' revenue and growth trajectory. Building and nurturing new business relationships while maintaining strong connections with existing key accounts will be essential to ensure sustained success.
Customer loyalty will be a top priority; you will achieve this by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining consistent engagement with our strategic partners. You will also proactively identify new opportunities by researching customer needs and market trends, scheduling meetings to discuss tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Your role will involve representing Innovatrics at industry exhibitions and events, showcasing our innovative solutions and driving business development efforts. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with teams across consulting, delivery, marketing, and other internal departments to ensure that customer needs are met and solutions are executed seamlessly.
You will also optimize sales processes by preparing detailed proposals and responding to international tenders, ensuring that Innovatrics remains competitive in the marketplace.
Desired Skills and Experience:
We are seeking a candidate with proven business development experience within the software or biometric technology sector. A strong track record in B2B and B2G sales, particularly in closing corporate-level deals, is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, as you will engage directly with clients and stakeholders.
Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in French will be considered a strong advantage. Familiarity with biometric technologies, including AFIS/ABIS solutions, is highly preferred. You should possess strong strategic thinking, research, and analytical skills to effectively identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
The role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel frequently throughout the EMEA region to engage with clients and stakeholders.
