This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students at the college level, providing support and explanations for various academic tasks.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive compensation package that ranges from $3 to $18 per hour, depending on the urgency and complexity of customer requests. In addition to your hourly wage, you can earn performance-based bonuses—up to 35% for every completed order! Our bonus system rewards well-done tasks with tips directly from clients, ensuring you receive full appreciation for your hard work.

We understand the importance of timely payments, so we offer salary disbursements twice a month, and you can request these payments as needed. Enjoy the flexibility of a schedule that allows you to balance this role with your daily life while taking on a variety of tasks across STEM subjects.

Our support system is robust; you’ll have access to 24/7 assistance for any order-related questions. You will also be paired with a Personal Success Manager who is there to help with non-order related inquiries. We value continuous growth, which is why we provide access to a Learning Lab with free online courses to enhance your skills and expertise.

Ideal Candidate Profile

To thrive in this role, we expect candidates to possess fluent English skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders in the region. You should be able to provide clear solutions and explanations for tasks across various STEM topics. Strong time management skills are essential to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

While research experience is a plus, it’s not mandatory. What’s crucial is your commitment to helping students learn and succeed. Candidates must have stable and reliable internet access and be available to work at least 10 hours per week or more.
