We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business objectives through comprehensive market analysis, pricing strategy development, and financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to align efforts toward achieving organizational goals. You will conduct in-depth market research to evaluate the feasibility of new products and services, identifying trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Your analytical skills will be essential in assessing customer behavior, pricing patterns, and demand dynamics, allowing you to prepare detailed market reports and presentations that inform strategic decision-making.
In terms of pricing strategy, you will develop and implement effective pricing models aimed at optimizing revenue and profitability. This will involve conducting thorough pricing analysis to determine optimal pricing levels while monitoring competitor pricing to adjust strategies as needed. You will evaluate the impact of pricing changes on sales volume and profitability, ensuring that all cost components are integrated into accurate pricing calculations.
Additionally, you will analyze profitability by product, customer segment, and sales channels, preparing financial reports and analyses related to commercial activities. You will be expected to identify trends and opportunities in commercial data, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency within the commercial and pricing functions. Your strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills will be pivotal in presenting insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable recommendations.
Job Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, along with 2-3+ years of experience in a similar commercial and/or pricing role. You should have extensive experience analyzing pricing strategies and forecasting revenue and market share. A solid understanding of analytical tools and a data-driven approach to problem-solving is essential. Additionally, experience in building dashboards for commercial use with BI tools such as Analytics Studio, Tableau, or Power BI will be considered an asset. The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines is crucial for success in this fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical candidate with a strong background in commercial analysis and pricing strategy. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. You should have a proven track record of conducting market research and analyzing pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with attention to detail, are essential. The ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial. Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Analytics Studio is a plus, as is a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines. A proactive approach to identifying trends and opportunities will set you apart, as well as the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative commercial initiatives.
