Roles and responsibilities

• As a Senior UX Writer, you will be the voice of our product experience by bringing in clarity, consistency, compassion and empathy through words in Arabic.
  
  Your Responsibilities
  
• Work in a highly creative and collaborative environment with PMs, designers, researchers, engineers and growth team.
• Focus on enhancing user experience through content, knowing when to add personality and when to keep it simple.
• Refine craft and processes, shaping cross-disciplinary teamwork to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Set and drive a cohesive vision for content, creating and evolving standards and guidelines for voice and tone.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, handling concept development, content strategy, and writing from prototypes to final execution.
• Provide feedback on design and copy, advocate for users while aligning with product and business goals.
• Engage in user research and use insights to refine copy that resonates with user needs and delivers delight.
• Contribute to extended content such as release notes, internal blogs, and product documentation.
• Deliver impactful copy for various teams while meeting deadlines and managing release schedules.
• Provide input on user flows and assess copy requirements for features.
• Create and maintain a content strategy for all product & communication needs.
• Ensure consistency in tone and voice with brand and product.
• Improve conversions and key metrics through A/B testing and iterative updates on copy.
  

Desired candidate profile

Your Expertise:

• Proven experience in establishing, defining, and scaling UX Writing or Content Strategy disciplines and practices.
• Strong writing, editing, and project management skills with prior experience in creative, technical, or product writing.
• Based out of Saudi and the understanding of the culture
• Experience in localizing and translating content into different languages.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with colleagues from various parts of the business, including remote teams.
• Good understanding of UX and UX research practices is beneficial.
• Experience with the English language is a plus.
