Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Solar PV Trainer/Instructor to deliver high-quality training programs on solar photovoltaic systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar technology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for educating others about renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging training materials and programs on solar PV technology, installation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for various audiences, including technicians, engineers, and industry professionals.
• Assess and evaluate trainees' understanding and competencies through quizzes, practical exams, and feedback sessions.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in solar technology, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide relevant training.
• Collaborate with industry partners and organizations to enhance training programs and establish best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees, offering support and advice on career development in the solar industry.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and certifications awarded.
• Contribute to the development of online training resources and materials as needed.

Desired candidate profile

• Previous teaching or training experience, particularly in technical subjects, is highly desirable.
