Roles and responsibilities

Identify and explore opportunities for business growth by conducting comprehensive market research and implementing strategic growth initiatives. Cultivate a deep understanding of the potential client’s industry to better tailor offerings and solutions. Take responsibility for managing the team's content, ensuring the maintenance and organization of tools and systems that centralize business development materials effectively.

Leverage databases and research tools to assist consulting teams in various projects, enhancing their capabilities and insights. Additionally, help organize and coordinate business development events to foster connections and promote the firm’s services.

Provide crucial administrative and communication support by proofreading, formatting, and revising content for both internal and external reports and communications. This ensures clarity and professionalism in all outputs.

Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborative partners throughout the firm, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual benefit. By engaging with these relationships, you can enhance business opportunities and contribute to the firm's overall growth strategy. This holistic approach not only supports individual projects but also aligns with broader organizational objectives, ensuring a cohesive and proactive business development effort.

  • Assist in organising business development events.

Desired candidate profile

Candidates will be responsible for varied client development and business generation projects in Dubai and the Middle East. Analysts perform in-depth research, data collection and stewardship, prepare original analysis and insights, develop bespoke capabilities documents, and handle ad-hoc assignments as directed.

  • Identify and develop business growth opportunities through market research and growth initiatives.
  • Develop a solid understanding of potential client's industry.
  • Take ownership of the team's content management, helping maintain tools and systems to centralise and organise business development materials.
