We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Cafe Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cafe store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry excellent leadership ss and a pion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daytoday operations of the cafe store including scheduling inventory management and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
Train and supervise staff members including baristas cashiers to ensure highquality customer service and efficient operations
Create and maintain a positive work environment by providing guidance support and coaching to team members
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cafe store ensuring all health and safety standards are met
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability including promotions special events and upselling techniques
Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and purchasing to ensure the smooth operation of the cafe store
Conduct regular inventory checks and place orders for supplies when necessary
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
Prepare and submit reports on sales inventory and staff performance to senior management
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Proven leadership and team management ss
Excellent communication and interpersonal ss
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
Fluency in both English and Arabic is required
