Business Development Manager - Aurora Talent

The Role
We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager with more than 5 years of experience in the sales role preferably in the sanitary ware construction or design sector. Responsible to reach project sales channels targets in the reference area. Responsible to identify key architects developers and studios of the area working in mega projects and to build longterm collaborations. Responsible to present collections to Architects Design Studios Developers and other key stakeholders. Responsible to develop/support A&D and key stakeholders setting up specifications for projects. Responsible to define the strategic account plan to identify key stakeholders in the area. Responsible to carefully prepare updates on the performances of the reference area for each periodic review with the zone director. Business intelligence on the market on products players pricing and R&D. Cooperate with our HQ backoffice team to provide the client with the best service in terms of quality and timing. Contribute to achieve the sales target within the Region Responsible to leverage on company tools (e.g. Edicola CRM others) on the daybyday tasks.

Requirements

• Planning and organizational ss. Decisionmaking ability. Team working. High results and target oriented. Excellent presentation & communication ss. Good ytical ss. Fluent in English language other language is a plus (as local language) Resident in KSA preferably Riyadh. Knowledge of the market and good understanding of the project channel. Good network in the project channels. Connections with the key architects developers and design studios is a MUST.
