Job Description
Scope Doent Controller responsibilities include typing Reports archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary doentation
Qualification and abilities
- Proven work experience as a Doent Controller or similar role
- Familiarity with project management
- Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law
- Handson experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- Date entry for customer CMMS system
- Knowledge of Electronic Doent Management Systems (EDMS)
- Proficient typing and editing ss
- Data organization ss
- Attention to detail
- BSc degree in Management or diploma in management with 2 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Administrative support of department
- Administrate process and archive information and requests

- Being responsible for doentation systems process procedures.

- Copy scan and store doents
- Check for accuracy and edit files like Reports
- File doents in physical and digital records
- Create templates for future use
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
- Manage the flow of doentation within the organization
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
- Prepare adhoc reports on projects as needed
