Required Corporate Sales Manager for a Telecom Services Company headquartered in Bahrain with offices across the Middle East and other regions.
Job Summary:
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales activities within the corporate sector in Bahrain generating leads and sales managing key client accounts and ensuring building up a robust sales pipeline. This role requires a gogetter with excellent interpersonal ss the ability to build and maintain relationships and a strong track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
- Develop strong relationships with customers connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports for management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
- Conduct market research and competitor ysis to inform sales tactics and identify emerging trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for igned accounts addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing including negotiation and preparing proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing product development) to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Track and report on sales performance providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty.
- Identify and develop opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients in a timely and effective manner.
- Work closely with other sales team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should be a graduate with at least 5 years of experience in selling services to corporate clients and should have a strong pion for sales with a focus on corporate accounts or B2B sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication ss as well as the ability to interact effectively with business clients
- Experience working with senior management in corporate sector including presentations and pitching
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement ss.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates with knowledge of Telecom Cloud services Cybersecurity Broadband Voice and ICT experience are preferred.
