VAM Systems is currently looking for Data Quality Consultant for our Bahrain operations with the following ssets & terms and conditions:
Experience
5 years of experience preferred.
Educational Qualification
BA Computer Science
Ss :
Excellent in Excel SQL SAS Data ysisETL tools Data profiling
A comprehensive grasp of data governance processes Master Data Management Reference Data Management Data Profiling and Data Quality(DQ) rules and Data Warehousing.
Experience in identifying essing monitoring controlling and mitigating Data Quality issues and risks.
Profound experience in defining and rolling out Data Quality (DQ) Management Framework processes policies and standards within the (business) organisation.
Excellent quantitative data ysis including the ability to draw insights from existing quantitative data quality reports & dashboards as well as explore & summarise raw data sets to discover insights using SQL and SAS.
Profound understanding of Banking (preferably Islamic Banking) and Financial products related data and regulatory reporting requirements.
Robust project management ss to define & drive technology process improvement projects leveraging virtual teams to deliver permanent data quality improvements to data capture systems.
Compelling organisational and communication ss to drive the adoption of data quality within the organisation by synthesising complex information and explain it in simple compelling ways to users (IT and Business users).
Responsibilities :
Defining and rolling out Data Quality (DQ) Management Frameworkprocesses policies and standards within the (business) organisation.
Identifying capturing monitoring of data quality identifying rootcauses based on data ysis combined with banking and financial knowledge define data quality remediations in cooperation with IT and Business stakeholders.
Overseeing the complete data lifecycle from data creation and capture to data processing storage and usage.
Develop SQL Server TSQL procedures/functions for batch processing as well as reports in line with user requirements.
