الوصف الوظيفي
This position requires strong leadership process management and a deep understanding of aluminium production technologies.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure product specifications and customer requirements are met.
Team Leadership: Supervise and provide guidance to production staff fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Operational Efficiency: Analyse production performance and identify areas for improvement in processes equipment and technology.
Inventory Management: Monitor raw materials and finished product inventory levels ensuring timely ordering and supply management.
Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure regular upkeep troubleshooting and repair of production equipment.
Production Planning & Scheduling: Work with the production planning team to develop and adjust production schedules based on demand forecasts and raw material availability.
Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health safety and environmental (HSE) protocols and regulations within the production area.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues related to equipment raw materials or processes to minimize downtime and wastage.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in industrial engineering with 5 years of Experience in the same field.
Work experience in Aluminium Doors Windows Shutters Curtain wall Skylights.
Proven leadership skills with experience in managing production teams.
Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and industrial regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members management and external parties.
