Job Title: Vascular Surgery Consultant
SHORT DESCRIPTION
An Excellent opportunity to join as Vascular Surgery Consultant for one of the most prestigious and top tier leading Hospital in Jeddah Saudi Arabia
JOB SUMMARY
A vascular surgery consultant at a prestigious hospital in Saudi Arabia your role would involve providing expert care to patients with vascular conditions including peripheral artery disease aneurysms and vascular trauma. You would lead the surgical and endovascular procedures collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the hospitals mission of delivering exceptional vascular care. Additionally you would play a key role in advancing research education and quality improvement initiatives within vascular surgery.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides highquality Vascular Surgery care to patients in this area of medicine.
- Provide consultative service as requested.
- Supervise fellows staff/assistant physicians and residents.
- Actively participates in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in his area of expertise and Participates in research activities.
- Participates in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
- Performs special procedures as privileged.
- Follows all hospitalrelated policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
- Completion of required period of training in Vascular surgery and/or Subspecialty.
- (Arab Jordanian Lebanese)Board certification in the relevant medical specialty is typically required or equivalent.
- Membership and/or Fellowship or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required
- A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
- Dataflow is a must.
Professional Experience
- Min. 5 years Post Board/Fellowship in Vascular surgery.
- A registered member of the Saudi Board Council
Language
- Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
