Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Neom procedures by the PMC and Contractors
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures rules and regulations.
- Interfacing with the Wider Sectors and Regional departments on regular basis for agreed design and assets handover

- Establish project objectives develop the project plan budget and schedule in compliance with client procedures.
- Support in the development of the requirements for overall infrastructure enhancements
- Support in the improvement of the management principles and effectively manage the planning monitoring and evaluation of the assigned Projects.
- Assist in developing and managing RFP/RFQ and Tendering process as required for Consultancy Engineering Procurement Construction and other contractual models.
- Administrate contracts for compliance to project specifications and scope of work.
- Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders internal and external.
- Ensures quality and technical of work are within schedule and budget through the establishment of milestone dates budget allocations control of expenditures and interface management.
- Effectively manage and control all change orders to ensure the project proceeds in a planned manner.
- Be fully responsible for the integrated performance of the project teams putting in place Health & Safety Environmental Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans and strict adherence to the same.
- Deliver high quality innovative project solutions that provide real value to NEOM.
- Deliver accurate and timely information about the projects progress status against the plans.
- Properly close the assigned Projects both contractually and financially to the complete satisfaction of stakeholders
- Be responsible for coordinating and getting all regulatory permits and approvals in place.
- Be flexible to carry out other duties as assigned.
- Coordinate the identification of risks preventive measures or corrective actions as much as required to improve the project status and mitigate the risks.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
- Proven track record of experience as a Senior Manager on large capital projects with solid expertise in Engineering and Marina Project Management
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards pertinent to the discipline
- Minimum 20 years of handson experience in Engineering Procurement and Construction
- Sound Experience in the Management of multiple Contractors during Design Design/Build Construction phases or via other contractual model
- Strong organization prioritization and time management skills to monitor and handle multiple projects at the same time balance key priorities and meet challenging and changing deadline
- Strong communication skills including presentations and reporting
- High resilience proactive problemsolving skills and strong negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to create a team culture of camaraderie integrity and trust among multination and multicultural teams
- Shall be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelors degree in related engineering field. Masters degree in engineering or business is a plus.
- P.Eng./C.Eng. or similar and/or PMP certification is a plus
