الوصف الوظيفي
- Bsc/Btech or higher degree in Civil Engineering
- Min 10 yrs of experience; must have the last 2 years of contracting experience in KSA (within the estimation/tendering department)
- Stated/listed experience in large scale buildings' tenders (Residential/Commercial/High-Rise/D& B/EPC)
- Highly experienced in Office Suite, AutoCAD and Civil3D Software (good infographic presentations skills)
- Familiar with local government entities’ standard work details, specifications and requirements
- Knowledgeable in the projects' various construction requirements from the organization setup including laydown to direct works' method statements
