The Key Account Manager Oncology will be responsible for managing key customer accounts developing strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and driving the successful promotion and adoption of oncology products within assigned accounts. This role will require a deep understanding of the oncology landscape strong customerfocused solutions and effective crossfunctional collaboration.
Main responsibilities will include
Develop and nurture longterm relationships with key oncology stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and create tailored strategies to meet client needs.
Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to achieve business objectives focusing on customer satisfaction and longterm growth.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts ensuring proactive communication issue resolution and ongoing support.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (marketing medical legal and regulatory) to align product strategies with customer needs and market dynamics.
Analyze account performance metrics identify gaps and adjust strategies to maximize market share.
Ensure all activities comply with local regulations company policies and ethical standards.
Ensure timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance.
About you
Medical Background a bachelors degree in a medical discipline or healthcare science.
Minimum 23 years of experience in medical sales or business development in oncology or in a related field.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with proven success in achieving sales targets.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and crossfunctional teams.
Strong problemsolving skills and a strategic mindset.
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a high level of initiative and accountability.
Ability to manage multiple priorities projects and client needs simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
