UIUX Developer - One Imperium

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting seamless user experiences and beautiful functional interfaces across various digital platforms. You will work closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the design vision is effectively implemented. Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Prototyping: Create intuitive usercentered designs for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers project managers and other members of the IT team to implement functional and aesthetic interfaces.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research usability testing and analyze feedback to ensure continuous improvement of user experiences.
• Wireframing & Mockups: Develop wireframes user flows and highfidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Style Guidelines: Develop and maintain design systems style guides and UI patterns to ensure consistent user experiences across products.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends tools and best practices continuously applying them to projects.
• Problem Solving: Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving designrelated issues in digital products.
• Feedback Integration: Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback from team members stakeholders and users.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma Adobe XD or other relevant design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work for web and mobile applications.
• Understanding of responsive design accessibility and usability principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with user research methods persona development and user journey mapping is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend frameworks is a plus.
