Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role as a Marketing Specialist with the Al Zaman Group of Companies located in Muscat. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating social media content managing social media platforms identifying and engaging with target audiences developing and implementing social media campaigns and analyzing and reporting on social media metrics. The Social Media Manager will also collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
- Creative in Arabic and English copywriting
- Social Media Marketing Social Media Optimization (SMO) Writing skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in developing and implementing content strategies for social media
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Ability to analyze and report on social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Experience with photography and video editing is a plus
- Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus
- Weekly visits to the venues
- Experience in Oman or the Middle East is a plus

- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
