Responsibilities:
- Reviews all documents prepared by Juniors before their release.
- Reviews all the documents sent by clients or counterparty.
- Drafts the requested agreements and provides advisory to clients on legal queries
- Assesses the performance of their Juniors on matters related to cases assigned to them (juniors)
- Provides training for Juniors via reviewing work and guidance on the Juniors assigned cases.
- Sets deadlines for their team and assesses the quality of work provided to clients.
- Communicates with clients and responds to their needs
- Provides clients with creative strategies and effectively manages legal matters from start to end
- Provide commercial legal advice to clients across all aspects of the business.
- Support the business with legal communications to clients and other organisations in support of compliance and customer relations.
- Review and development of policy documents and Service Level Agreements.
- Draft review and negotiate contracts on behalf of client.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Law
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field.
- Experience in commercial law and financial transactions
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Arabic.
- Understand and maintain confidentiality
