الوصف الوظيفي
• Support growth of VBU services and solutions and ensure early engagement with the business through the grooming meetings and providing the required support from risk management to ensure business objectives are delivered while minimizing the risks
• New products risk assessments including evaluation of any new products, processes, channels risks. Also defining and driving action plans to address these risks.
• Operational Risk management which involves identifying and assessing potential risks affecting the business as well as establishing and quantifying the organization’s 'risk appetite'. Also defining and driving action plans to address these risks.
• Risk reporting along with the required action plans for key business risks to different audiences and governance forums locally and with Vodacom and with VF Group and to the business owners to understand their accountability and responsibility.
