Our client based in the UAE and also operating in Saudi Arabia specializes in a variety of innovative solutions including food ingredients food engineering industrial and commercial refrigeration and modified atmosphere storage. They prioritize product development and conduct research aimed at enhancing human health while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and preservation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a dynamic sales team to achieve high performance consistently.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at meeting the company s growth objectives.
Monitor and assess market trends competitor activities and customer demands to identify new expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with the executive team to set ambitious sales targets and manage budget allocations.
Deliver detailed sales reports forecasts and performance analyses to senior management ensuring transparency and datadriven decisionmaking.
Manage the sales department budget optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI while controlling expenses and driving profitability.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
510 years of experience in retail sales within the FMCG snacks or food industry with at least 3 years in a sales management or leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams in a retail environment with strong leadership and team management capabilities.
