Sales Manager

We re recruiting a Sales Manager for one of our clients based in UAE.

• Lead and manage a dynamic sales team to achieve high performance consistently.
  

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at meeting the company s growth objectives.
  

• Monitor and assess market trends competitor activities and customer demands to identify new expansion opportunities.
  

• Collaborate with the executive team to set ambitious sales targets and manage budget allocations.
  

• Deliver detailed sales reports forecasts and performance analyses to senior management ensuring transparency and datadriven decisionmaking.
  

• Manage the sales department budget optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI while controlling expenses and driving profitability.
  

• Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
  

• 510 years of experience in retail sales within the FMCG snacks or food industry with at least 3 years in a sales management or leadership role.
  

• Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams in a retail environment with strong leadership and team management capabilities.
