Position: Senior Fit out Projects/ Internal Decoration

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Fit out Projects/ Internal Decoration professional to join our team in Jeddah KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design and project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering highquality fit out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple fit out projects simultaneously from conception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans including budgeting scheduling and resource allocation.
- Oversee all aspects of the design process including space planning material selection and furniture procurement.
- Collaborate with clients architects and contractors to ensure project requirements are met and design vision is achieved.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
- Manage project budgets and ensure timely completion within allocated funds.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations and incorporate them into project designs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in fit out projects and interior decoration preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent knowledge of design principles space planning and material selection.
- Proficiency in revit AutoCAD SketchUp and other relevant design software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Fluency in Arabic & English both written and verbal.
