SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Transportation and Maintenance Supervisor provide support for a services contract in Doha, Qatar.
Essential Job Duties
• Manage transportation motor pool for the program.
• Ensure the readiness of drivers, vehicles, and dispatch procedures to meet the transportation needs.
• Manage driver training program to ensure qualified, licensed, and safe driver operations.
• Manage automotive maintenance program to ensure operational readiness of the vehicle fleet.
• Manage driver and vehicle dispatch program meet requirements.
• Ensure appropriate maintenance and driver training records are maintained.
• Prepare reports and contract deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
• Associate’s degree. High school diploma and 12 years of experience may be substituted.
• 10 years of experience providing fleet management, transportation, and automotive maintenance support with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer overseas.
• 4 years of supervisory experience.
• HAZMAT certification.
• Familiarity with the Maximo asset management system.
• Current CDL drivers license.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• Proficient written and verbal communicator.
Work Environment
• Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
• Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
• Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
