Responsible for the supervision, development and performance of the warehouse staffs (Supervisor, Material Controller, Store Keeper. Workers and equipment operator). Resolve performance issues among warehouse staffs supervisor, material controller and store keepers maintain a safe work environment and ensure that employees are following all rules and regulations. Demonstrates knowledge of warehouse operations to include inbound and outbound activities, inventory, data, issuing materials to subcontractors. To Manage consignment checks for external visible or suspected damages. To Manage quantity check and conformity with packaging list/purchase order and material requisition. To Manage the monitoring of condition of the goods received. To Manage storage and preserve material as required by material certificate and color coding. To Manage Laydown and Warehouse area an efficient storage to new items received from suppliers in making a rational use of the available space. Manage a stock code to every object. To Manage resolution of unidentified/over/short and damage reports. To ensure all warehouse transactions are properly recorded and updated accurately. To maintain proper records and documentation in place for overall warehouse and laydown activities.Requirements : Bachelor in any discipline Preferably should have worked EPC oil &gas petrochemical construction Minimum 5-7 years of experience preferably EPC Company or construction company for Material Control Coordinator position. Preference: India, Nepal, Philippine, Pakistan due to Work visa.Job Location: Qatar
