We are an ambitious prosthetic startup with a mission to provide highquality prosthetic legs at an affordable price. Our breakthrough technology enables us to scale production rapidly and we are preparing for market entry in Ukraine where we aim to achieve something unprecedentedhelping 100000 new amputees walk again.
This is no ordinary challenge and no one has ever attempted this on such a scale. We are all new in this field so were looking for someone who thrives in uncharted territory is highly selfmotivated resilient and eager to learn every day. Tasks
As a Founder Associate youll play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently as we scale to meet the needs of our customers. You will take ownership of critical areas like production logistics process documentation inventory and procurement. Whether you are working parttime or fulltime youll be integral to helping us achieve the seemingly impossible goal of restoring mobility to tens of thousands of amputees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production & Manufacturing: Oversee production processes and ensure scalability efficiency and quality control.
- Logistics & Supply Chain: Manage supply chain logistics ensuring timely and costeffective delivery of prosthetics.
- Process Documentation: Develop and maintain clear documentation for all key operational processes.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with founders and R&D department to integrate operations share learnings and drive continuous improvement.Problem Solving: Address operational challenges with a solutionsoriented mindset identifying ways to improve processes and reduce costs.
Requirements
- No previous experience in prosthetics is required. What matters most is your drive adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in production logistics or operations is a plus but not required.
- Resilience and the ability to thrive in an environment where challenges are the norm.
- Alignment with our core values of integrity empathy and perseverance.
- Excellent communication skills and a teamplayer mindset.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian (work language); german is a plus.
