The responsibilities will include the following:
- Uploading the design and technical drawings to the DECC portal and obtaining the necessary approvals from DECC.
- Coordinating with the client and securing approvals on finish samples such as carpet parquet paint color and branding files.
- Collaborate with Elan Signage and Elan Print on the branding and backlit logos ensuring everything is ready by the buildup date.
- Working closely with the Head of Carpentry to oversee the production process.
- Arranging loose furniture AV equipment’s and plants as per the approved design.
- Preparing a 3day buildup plan with 2 shifts coordinating with all contractors including carpentry (Spaces for stand buildup) painter subcontractors Elan Signage & Elan Print for branding work and the carpet parquet and AV contractors.
- Preparing a 2day dismantling plan with the Spaces team.
- Holding regular update meetings with the Elan team before the buildup to review progress and address any upcoming challenges.
- Coordinating with the transportation company to ensure smooth and timely delivery of materials in collaboration with the onsite team at the venue.
- Managing daily onsite progress meetings to ensure that timelines are being met potential risks are addressed and any emerging issues are swiftly resolved.
- Overseeing health and safety protocols during the buildup ensuring that all contractors comply with regulations and minimize hazards.
- Monitoring the installation and alignment of visual elements like lighting branding and AV setups to ensure consistency and coherence with the design intent.
- Acting as a point of contact for all thirdparty contractors and vendors ensuring smooth communication between the different teams to maintain momentum onsite.
