Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our kitchen equipment sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth developing relationships with key clients and ensuring the successful of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the kitchen equipment industry excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead manage and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for kitchen equipment.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients including restaurants hotels catering companies and distributors.
  • Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to closing ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to adapt strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts reports and market analysis to senior management.
  • Negotiate and close deals ensuring profitable sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials promotions and campaigns.
  • Attend industry trade shows exhibitions and networking events to expand business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies pricing guidelines and industry regulations.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).

Proven experience (5 years) as a Sales Manager preferably within the kitchen equipment or hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of commercial kitchen equipment and related products.

Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and achieve sales targets.

Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.

Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
