Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead global manufacturing IT projects ensuring timely withinbudget and highquality delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects in a global manufacturing environment excellent communication skills and the ability to work with crossfunctional and global teams.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Global IT Teams and Global Stakeholders to ensure the completion of projects within the agreed budget and timeline
  
• Manage global IT projects related to manufacturing operations focussed on Case and Pallet Labelling systems
  
• Develop and execute project plans resource allocation and budgets
  
• Collaborate with global stakeholders including manufacturing leaders IT teams and vendors
  
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and are delivered on time within budget and to the required quality standards
  
• Manage project risks issues and changes
  
• Communicate project status to stakeholders through regular reports and meetings
  
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies procedures and standards
  

Skills/ Experience Required:

• 5 years of IT project management experience in global manufacturing environments
  
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations/ labelling processes and system and an understanding of IT Application Architecture (Infrastructure & Network)
  
• Experience in delivering projects related to IT Manufacturing Systems
  
• Positive Attitude with High Initiative/ Ownership and Global Mindset
  
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside crossfunctional and Global teams
  
• PMP/ SAFE certification or equivalent MBAs Preferred
