The sales manager in charge of project sales works directly with clients to understand their project needs provides detailed proposals negotiates contract terms and ensures a smooth transition from sales to project .

Responsibilities

• Client Liaison: Regular communication with clients to understand their needs provide project updates and address any concerns or changes.
• Contract Negotiation: Discussing and finalizing contract terms with clients ensuring mutual agreement and legal compliance.
• Project Planning: Collaborating with the project management team to develop detailed project plans that align with client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Coordination: Ensuring seamless coordination between the client and internal teams including production design and installation.
• Issue Resolution: Addressing any issues or disputes that arise during the project ensuring client satisfaction and project continuity.
• Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of all communications contracts and project changes.
