Role Project Manager
Technology Angular .Net Microservices End to End Project delivery lifecycle
Location Riyadh KSA
Your role- Manage the end to end product delivery lifecycle from approval through design development integration test deployment and into operations in countries for one or many programs.
- Provide leadership for these programs through formal governance roles e.g. on steering committees and by building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders in the assigned domain of these programs across the global organisations (Central and Country entities)
- Support the client management team as needed
- Motivate a team of highly skilled & knowledgeable internal/external teams
Responsibilities 1. Delivery Life Cycle Management
- Project manage one or more programs within the assigned domain
- Ensure that appropriate targets and milestone dates are set for the speed and quality of delivery and manage the lifecycle activities to achieve those targets
- Manage assigned projects from approval through design development integration test deployment and into operations in countries or assigned workstreams within large and complex programs
- Accurate and timely reporting of project status issues/risks/mitigation actions resource and financials monitoring).
- Manage various work streams involved in complex projects i.e. IT Technology Business Enablers Security etc. and ensure seamless coordination between teams for smooth delivery.
- Operate and comply with clients governance processes
2. Delivery Management (for one or many programs)as delivery manager for assigned projects within the assigned domain(s)
- Project management tracking and reporting
- Vendor Management creates and manages straightforward commercials e.g. vendor statements of work and manages delivery of work packages;
- Resource Management
3. Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders
Required- Ability to demonstrate indepth understanding of software design principles and practices.
- Understands and implements Service Oriented Design Patterns including the ability to identify when these patterns are best applied realworld scenarios
- Ability to solve problems using good software design practices
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fastpaced agile environment
- In depth understanding of SRUM and SAFe methodologies.
- Delivery Management skills. Comprehensive and strong skills in project and program management.
- Ability to keep teams focused on delivery outcomes in order to meet deadlines with quality
- Strong enough commercial skills and experience to be able to develop and challenge costs and benefits in business cases
- Selfmotivated and proactive in the working environment
- Demonstrates the gravitas and courage needed to build relationships and convey authority in order to resolve conflicts and maintain direction
- Shows experience and skills in selection of vendors developing risk based commercial frameworks managing and monitoring vendors and vendor relationship management
- Good resource management financial management and budget management skills
- Good written and verbal communication (Arabic and English)
Preferred- Experience in working with Govt or public sector enterprises in KSA
- Experience in managing QA or Development projects.
- Experience in project scoping estimation budgeting scheduling and risk management
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Good Communication skills and Analytical skills.
- Knowledge of and experience in operating governance processes
