Communications Manager

We are looking for a Communications Manager for one of our pharma clients in Ballerup.

Job Description:

We are looking for a profile for our PMO team who is able to assist us with communication related activities in relation to our windows11 roll out.

• Senior or experienced communications manager or professional with a minimum of 5 years experience specifically with IT project communications
• Experience within IT project communications is a requirement the higher no. of IT projects the resource has experience with delivering communications for the better
• Experience within communications about either Windows 11 software updates or previous Windows software updates is a plus
• The resource will need to drive a precreated communications plan and produce all the deliverables in the plan the deliverables include various types of communication pieces such as articles emails internal social media posts internal townhall meetings PowerPoint slide presentations posters informative onepagers and training guides
• The resource also needs to be able to add to and adapt the plan and each deliverable on an ongoing basis as needed by the project

Start date: 01/10/2024

End date: 31/03/2025 (possibility for extension)

Allocation: Approx. 20 hours per week

Location: Ballerup Denmark OR 100% remote
