• Ensuring that all Microsoft Dynamic CRM applications are working perfectly according to the Support SLA.
• User designing & solution mapping with OOB MSCRM functionality for any new requirements from business.
• Provide functional supporting to business users on MSCRM application, mobile application, internal and external for E-license portal.
• Maintaining tickets for each and every support call is a must.
• Implementing in-house minor CRs with proper CR process in company’s ticketing system.
• Follow company’s ITSM ticketing system for implementing any Major/Minor change requests.
• Implementing Major CRs with proper CR process in ITSM company’s ticketing system from a vendor & internally.
• For any infrastructure-related issues, work closely with company’s infrastructure team.
• Maximize usage of OOB features and provide technical design or develop/customize solution approach for identified gaps.
• Depending on the ITSM support ticket, debug the source code (.NET/JS/Workflow/Process flow) and find out why a service is not working as expected and accordingly communicate to user.
• Contribute activities as required including technical, functional proof of concept solutions for customer and field services, sales Dynamics 365 modules.
• Work on the creation of Dynamics 365 solutions and industry templates.
• Proactively identify business/ technical/ support risks and provide suggestions to mitigate or communicate, as necessary.
• Proactively communicate progress updates to relevant departments or stakeholders.
• Support practice development activities such as defining, solutions and configuring industry specific solutions.
• In all activities, ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training.
• Drive process improvement, feature reusability and other initiatives to maximize efficiency in delivery.
• Perform additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by the
management team or supervisors.
• Provided in-house application development if needed.
• Should have Hand on experience in workflow and business process automation of complex business processes. To achieve digital transformation.
• Interact with clients/customers to understand business requirements and document the
same.
• Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report.
• Solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
• Conduct user and administrator training.
• Will work closely with both PM and Vendor to define requirements, perform fit gap
analysis, define, and document business processes.
• You will be working with our business users’ team and stakeholders to achieve business
objectives through innovative solutions that align people, processes, and technology in CRM project implementations.
• Preparing projects for go live.
• Provided application support & checking for bugs.
