Requirements:

Leadership and Project :

• Trained in management and project with a proven track record of successfully directing and delivering complex engineering projects.
• Active licensure with a local engineering governing body where required by law demonstrating a commitment to professional standards.

Experience and Expertise:

• Over 20 years of handson experience in a relevant discipline and multidiscipline environments with a minimum of 510 years in project leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in project supervision risk management quality control procurement and construction .

Communication and Influence:

• Effective communication and presentation skills capable of conveying complex proposals and reports to seniorlevel management.
• Ability to persuade and influence others fostering a participative management style with a cooperative team approach.

Crossdiscipline Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of crossdiscipline work interfaces and sequencing derived from a background in energy chemicals and resources.

Technical Competency and Quality Oversight:
