- Set up manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads Facebook TikTok etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance ensuring proper delivery and tracking of ads.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues with ad trafficking tracking and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative media buying etc.) to ensure campaign alignment and timely delivery.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices emerging trends and new technologies in digital advertising.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines policies and regulations across campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising or a related field.
- 12 years of relevant experience in ad operations preferably in a multinational media agency.
- Familiarity with ad platforms (Google Ads Facebook Ads programmatic platforms).
- Proficiency in ad serving tools and tracking systems (e.g. DoubleClick Sizmek etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Experience with programmatic buying and realtime bidding (RTB).
- Basic knowledge of HTML JavaScript or other relevant coding languages.
- Familiarity with data management platforms (DMP) and demandside platforms (DSP).
- Understanding of GTM (Google Tag Manager) Pixel Implementation and UTM tagging. Basic knowledge of GTM and Pixel implementation will also be considered sufficient.
