Job Overview
RTOC stands for RealTime Operations Centre which is a centralized facility used in the oil and gas industry to monitor and control drilling operations remotely.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and analyzing realtime data from drilling rigs including well parameters mud logging data and other operational data
- Providing technical support and guidance to drilling crews onsite
- Optimizing drilling operations by analyzing data and making recommendations for improved efficiency and safety
- Collaborating with other teams such as geologists and reservoir engineers to ensure effective well planning and
- Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues that may arise during drilling operations
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards regulations and company policies
- Preparing and presenting technical reports and presentations to management and other stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience working in Drilling Operations.
- BSc degree in Engineering Drilling Petroleum Engineer degree preferred
- RTOC experience and preferable 1year as Directional Driller. For RTOC it is required minimum of 2 years
- Trained in: T&D/Hydraulics Modelling Software
- Strong computer skills
- Strong experience in Oil and Gas Software
- Good presentation skills
- Fluent in English
