Job Title: Change Management Advisor
Location: Houston TX Onsite
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description Overview:
The Change Management Advisor will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives by increasing adoption and usage.
This person will focus on the people side of change including changes to business processes systems and technology job roles and organization structures.
The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
The Change Management Advisor conducts change impact assessments develops stakeholder engagement plans and determines communication and training needs.
Engages with Project Managers / work leads as well as the business to create and execute change management plans. Supports stakeholders in business/site engagements.
Creates deliverables like replication playbooks training materials communication plans and adoption tracking processes. Establishes feedback loops and processes to ensure we have ongoing value capture through solution adoption (e.g. surveys tool adoption).
