We are currently hiring a GermanSpeaking Medical Customer Advisor to provide expert medical assistance remotely from Poland. This role is vital in supporting Germanspeaking patients and medical professionals by offering accurate medical advice and product guidance. As part of our medical advisory team youll be working with innovative healthcare products while playing a key role in ensuring exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medical Consultation and Support: Deliver clear compassionate medical advice and guidance to Germanspeaking patients healthcare professionals and clients via phone email and chat. Youll address inquiries related to medical products treatment options and health concerns.
• Technical Knowledge: Provide expert troubleshooting and support for medical devices biotechnological products and medications. You will guide customers on proper usage and help resolve any productrelated issues ensuring a safe and effective experience.
• Case Handling: Manage patient or healthcare professional inquiries by assessing symptoms offering recommendations based on clinical guidelines and escalating complex cases to appropriate teams or medical experts as needed.
• Building Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with patients and healthcare professionals by providing highquality ongoing support. You will be the initial point of contact ensuring a smooth and positive experience in every interaction.
• Keeping Up with Medical Developments: Stay current with the latest advancements in medical research product innovations and industry regulations. This will ensure you can provide accurate and uptodate information to customers and healthcare professionals.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all interactions and advice are accurately documented in the companys CRM system in compliance with healthcare regulations and data protection laws. You will maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to medical industry standards.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with product development quality assurance and regulatory teams to provide valuable feedback and help enhance products and services based on customer and professional input.

Who You Are:

• Fluent in German (C1/C2 level): You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in German enabling you to confidently engage with Germanspeaking clients and professionals.
• Based in Poland: You must be living in Poland and have the legal right to work there. Although this is a remote role residency in Poland is required.
• Educational Background in Medicine or Life Sciences: A degree in medicine biotechnology pharmacy or a related field is mandatory. This qualification equips you with the knowledge to provide expert medical support and advice.
• Experience in Healthcare or Medical Advisory Roles: Previous experience in a healthcarerelated role is highly preferred. Familiarity with medical devices patient care processes or pharmaceuticals will be advantageous.
• Proficient in English: While your role will primarily involve Germanspeaking clients English will be used for internal communication with your team and other departments.
• Compassionate and PatientCentered: You are empathetic and understand the importance of delivering medical advice with care and professionalism particularly in sensitive situations.
• Strong Communication and Analytical Skills: You can effectively simplify complex medical information for patients and healthcare professionals helping them understand and resolve their issues efficiently.
• Technologically Savvy: You are comfortable using customer service tools CRMs and telehealth platforms. Familiarity with medical support software is a plus but not required.
• Independent and Organized: As a remote worker you excel at managing your time effectively staying organized and maintaining high productivity without direct supervision.
