Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced HR professional to join our team at Writo Education Pvt. Ltd. As an HR specialist in the Education Management industry you will play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions of our organization. If you are passionate about creating a positive work environment and supporting the growth and development of our employees we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates

• Develop and maintain job descriptions and postings

• Provide administrative support to the HR team including data entry scheduling and filing

• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs

• Conduct research and analysis on HRrelated topics

• Stay uptodate on the latest HR trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field

• Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Excel

• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Passion for learning and development

• Open to students from all academic backgrounds

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 required
