Talent Aquisition Specialist USUK Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

• Source screen and identify qualified candidates for US healthcare roles such as nurses physicians allied health professionals and administrative staff.
  
• Collaborate with USbased hiring managers to understand the requirements for various healthcare positions.
  
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for their suitability for healthcare roles.
  
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle including sourcing interviewing offer negotiation and onboarding.
  
• Develop a strong pipeline of candidates using various sourcing methods (job boards social media networking).
  
• Ensure compliance with US labor laws immigration processes and healthcarespecific regulations.
  
• Maintain communication with candidates and provide an excellent experience throughout the hiring process.
  
• Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with candidate details and recruitment progress.
  

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in US healthcare recruitment.
  
• Familiarity with US labor laws and healthcare licensing requirements.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
  
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Flexibility to work US shift hours.
  
• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Healthcare Administration or a related field (preferred).
