- Solving application management support daily and month-end Oracle ERP Projects tickets with SLA.
- Supporting Oracle Projects Cloud solutions to meet the company’s management needs and post Go-live production processes changes and requirements..
- Monitoring and troubleshooting all Oracle Projects RICEW (reports, integrations, conversions, extensions, and workflows) Cloud artifacts.
- Assisting Oracle Projects Cloud business teams to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and legislations.
- Mapping & translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Providing training and support to users on how to use Oracle ERP Projects Cloud.
- Deploying data fixes and action plans provided by Oracle service requests (SRs).
- Staying up-to-date on the latest Oracle ERP Cloud features and best practices.
- Following up, testing, and deploying relevant Oracle quarter released functionalities.
- Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key.
- Ensuring financial support deliverables are always accurate and adhere to IBM documentation quality standards.
- Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and support team that will contribute to your growth and development.
