Odoo Developer - Accounts Quality For Financial Consulting

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Developer to join our team. The Odoo Developer will be responsible for developing customizing and maintaining Odoo modules to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of handson experience working with Odoo a deep understanding of its framework and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams. You will play a key role in designing developing and implementing Odoo solutions to improve business processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop customize and maintain Odoo ERP modules workflows and business processes based on company requirements.

Work closely with business analysts project managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design and implement new features and functionality within the Odoo framework.

Customize Odoo applications through coding (Python XML JavaScript) and configuration to meet business needs.

Perform testing debugging and performance tuning of Odoo modules and applications.

Integrate Odoo with thirdparty systems and APIs including payment gateways ecommerce platforms and other business applications.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoorelated issues.

Maintain and optimize existing Odoo modules for performance security and scalability.

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation of customizations configurations and code changes.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality ERP solutions that align with business objectives.

Stay uptodate with Odoo releases and updates evaluating their impact and integrating new features as necessary.

Train and support endusers to ensure they effectively utilize the Odoo system.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of handson experience working with Odoo development and customization.

Strong proficiency in Python with good knowledge of Odoos framework and architecture.

Experience with Odoo modules such as Sales Inventory Accounting Manufacturing HR CRM etc.

Knowledge of PostgreSQL database management and query optimization.

Experience in frontend technologies such as JavaScript HTML and CSS.

Familiarity with API integration including RESTful and SOAP.

Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to Odoos modules and workflows.

Experience working in both Linux and Windows environments.

Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with nontechnical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Odoos multicompany and multicurrency setups.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).

Knowledge of Docker Kubernetes or other containerization tools is a plus.

Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines.

Odoo certification is a plus.
