Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand Golf Saudis market share.
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities including partnerships sponsorships and strategic alliances aligned with Golf Saudis strategic goals.
- Research and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including golf course developers investors government agencies and industry associations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing operations finance) to develop innovative solutions and proposals that meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Prepare and present business proposals presentations and contract negotiations to prospective clients and partners.
- Manage the endtoend sales process from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and contract .
- Monitor and track business development activities sales performance and market trends to achieve financial objectives and KPIs.
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the business development team fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Represent Golf Saudi at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and promote business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements industry standards and ethical business practices in all business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- 14 years of experience in business development sales management or corporate strategy preferably within the sports leisure or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.
Skills and Competencies:- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills to interpret data identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
- Experience in project management budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
