IT Quality Assurance Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence. Will collaborate closely with various departments to execute and validate test cases ensuring deliverables meet stringent quality standards. Attention to detail analytical skills and problemsolving aptitude will be critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to achieve project goals.
- Own and facilitate the design construction and of test cases/ test scenarios
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure requirements are testable and well defined
- Analyze system architecture and designs testing strategy as appropriate
- Monitor and maintain test scripts for evaluating usability performance dependability and overall quality of our services or products.
- Identify and rectify flaws in the production process to enhance quality.
- Propose and implement preventative and corrective measures to meet quality assurance criteria.
- Collect and analyze statistical information related to quality metrics.
- Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
- Create and document policies and procedures for quality assurance.
- Investigate customer and product complaints to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain adherence to quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Familiarity with QA programs and databases
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Reporting software experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Seven plus years of testing auditing and quality inspection experience in Telecom Service Provider industry
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science or related discipline
