Job Description:
Asset & Experience:
- Coordinate Marketing Visuals: Work with the inhouse design team to create visuals for marketing plans that align with organizational goals.
- Execute Marketing Strategies: Implement various marketing forms including social media internet marketing content marketing paid advertising and print/radio marketing.
- Develop Strategies: Conceive and develop effective and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Organize Campaigns: Oversee advertising and communication campaigns (social media TV etc.) exhibitions and promotional events.
- Conduct Research: Perform market research and analysis to evaluate trends brand awareness and competitive ventures.
- Survey Initiation: Initiate and control surveys to assess guest requirements and satisfaction.
- Copywriting: Write compelling copy for marketing distributions including brochures press releases and website material.
- Monitor Campaigns: Track the progress of campaigns using various metrics and report on performance.
- Budget Collaboration: Work with managers to prepare budgets and monitor expenses.

- Efficient Distribution: Ensure marketing materials are effectively distributed to target audiences.

Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the Sales & Marketing in Hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques data analysis and statistical methods.
- Knowledgeable in strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Web Trends).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Creative with a strong commercial awareness.
- Skilled in copywriting.
