Required Female Sales Executive who worked in hospitality industry. Presentable knowing the present market and having good customer base and sales oriented targeted approach to bring in events catering etc. Only those who have worked in a high end hospitality with proven sales record need apply. You will work closely with departments throughout the hotel including marketing operations and finance to ensure that all sales initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and improvement.

You should have a strong background in sales and hospitality excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be highly organized detailoriented and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • A clear understanding of the company business strategies then set goals and determine action plans to meet those goals.
  • Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
  • Represent the company in various events and exhibitions.
  • Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
  • Conducts daily sales calls and ensure they are positively closed sales.
  • Able to provide Quick and timely responses immediate communication to the properties and develop professional longterm business relationships.
  • Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
  • Participates in sales calls with members of the sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
  • Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g. CVGR generating proposal Corporate Rate Application letter writing contract customer correspondence).
  • Able to support customer service and relationship strategy driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Manager/Operations Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
  • Develop strong relationships with the team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
  • Accompany sales team on sales calls to potential clients to assist in the development of the account and to assess the effectiveness and sales skills of the salesperson.
  • Assess additional training needs based on data gathered and interaction with the sales team from property visits.
  • Attending all department meetings as necessary.
  • Targeting key accounts potential for the company.
  • Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls entertainment FAM trips trade shows etc.
  • Develop relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
  • Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
  • Closely following up on all business leads within a 24hour response time line to clients.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports.

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: BD300.000 BD700.000 per month
