We are seeking a skilled and datadriven Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for leveraging datadriven insights to optimize our marketing strategies and campaigns ultimately driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiently use data analytics tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Meta) to collect analyze and interpret complex marketing data.
- Expertly manipulate and analyze data using advanced tools and techniques to uncover meaningful insights.
- Demonstrate strong quantitative and statistical analysis capabilities to identify patterns trends and opportunities within the data.
- Utilize data visualization techniques and tools to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Apply your understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels (e.g. SEO SEM social media email marketing) to inform strategic decisionmaking.
- Leverage your handson experience with marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Translate datadriven insights into actionable marketing strategies and recommendations that drive business impact.
- Exhibit critical thinking and problemsolving skills to diagnose issues and propose datadriven solutions.
- Maintain familiarity with marketing performance measurement and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on campaign success.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively both in written and verbal forms to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing sales and other teams to align on strategic priorities and execute marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Data Analytics or a related field 12 years of experience in digital marketing or data analysis.
- Proficient in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Meta)
- Strong quantitative and statistical analysis skills
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools
