Content Creator amp Graphic Designer - Kate Real Estate

We are looking for a skilled Content Creator & Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content for our malls marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both content creation and graphic design with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for retail marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook Instagram TikTok)
• Design eyecatching graphics for digital and print marketing materials
• Develop and maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns
• Produce highquality photos and videos of mall events and promotions
• Design signage posters and other inmall promotional materials
• Maintain an organized digital asset library

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
• Experience with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and tagalogue
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices for social media
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
