Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer under the Tamheer program. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to apply your artistic skills and contribute to a range of exciting design projects. Key Responsibilities for Graphic Designers
- Design Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics for various digital and print media including marketing materials social media content and branding assets.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that align with company strategies.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines maintaining a cohesive and professional visual identity across all platforms.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously meeting deadlines and maintaining highquality standards.
- Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve design assets.
Essential Skills and Abilities
- Graphic Design Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.
- Creativity and Innovation: Strong ability to generate original and innovative ideas translating concepts into engaging visuals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design rationale and collaborate with team members.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for aesthetics and details ensuring designs are polished and meticulously executed.
Preferred Qualifications for Aspiring Graphic Designers
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field.
- Familiarity with animation and video editing software is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and creative abilities.
