What Youll Do:

As a Business Development Team Lead you will generate and contact direct and indirect leads regain lost accounts discuss potential projects and present our services to clients. Additionally calculates monthly commission schemes and monitors the teams performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor team performance through key metrics and provide coaching and guidance to improve productivity and sales outcomes.
  • Ensure the team adheres to sales processes guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports for senior management providing insights and action plans.
  • Collaborate with other departments including marketing and customer service to optimize the sales funnel and improve overall customer experience.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities fostering relationships with potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Responsible for the teams pipeline development.
  • Use Business Intelligence to analyze and generate reports.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    • Excellent to Fluent English skills with a flair for communication and persuasion.
    • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience.
    • Previous experience in the localization industry is a definite plus but not a requirement.
    • Outspoken personality with a natural ability to engage and connect with others.
    • Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and compellingly.
    • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office and relevant software.
    • Proficiency inCRM / lead generation tools.
